The IASIS consortium consists of key technology providers, influential industry players, and user partners with international coverage. The ten-member consortium brings together organisations across four different EU member countries, plus a US (non-funded) with complimentary expertise across diverse research areas. 

NATIONAL CENTER FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH "DEMOKRITOS" (Coordinator)

The National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos” (NCSR “Demokritos”) is the largest multidisciplinary research center in Greece, with critical mass in expertise and infrastructure in the fields of Nanotechnology, Energy & Environment, Biosciences, Particle and Nuclear Science, Informatics and Telecommunications.

The NCSR “Demokritos” conducts world-class basic and applied research, for advancing scientific knowledge and promoting technological development in selected areas of national socio-economic interest. The Center also plays a pivotal role in graduate education and professional training and its unique infrastructure is employed for high-technology services to the Industry and the Society.

SERMAS (beneficiary) is the legal representative of Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro-Majadahonda, Hospital Universitario La Paz, Hospital Universitario La Princesa, Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón and Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is Europe’s largest non-governmental funder of dementia research. GRUPO ESPANOL DE CANCER DE PUL ASSOCIACION

Founded in 1991, it was one of the first cooperative research groups formed by oncologists that was created in Spain with the aim of advancing the cure of the disease. Since then, it has focused all its efforts on promoting and enhancing translational research, which takes place in hospitals with the participation of patients, therefore allowing rapid incorporation of advances in the treatment of disease and in daily clinical practice.

FUNDACIO CENTRE DE REGULACIO GENOMICA

The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is a non-profit foundation created as a partnership between the Catalan Government and the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science and affiliated with the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). The CRG is a first-class multidisciplinary research centre focusing on biomedicine, located in the Biomedical Research Park of Barcelona (PRBB), one of the largest biomedical research clusters in southern Europe.

UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED COMPUTER STUDIES

The University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS) is an interdisciplinary research powerhouse with more than 80 faculty and research scientists working in 16 labs and centers. Several UMIACS researchers address essential questions in the life sciences and in healthcare, using multiple computational and data science approaches, and high-performance computing to process and analyze high-throughput biological data at the genetic, molecular and cellular levels.
